Manpower is proud to be partnering with a well-established packaging manufacturer with over 75 years of experience in the industry. We are looking for 2x experienced B1 Foiling Operators to join their team and help produce high-quality packaging using modern machinery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values precision, craftsmanship, and innovation.
The ideal candidate must be open to working a standard double shift during peak manufacturing demands.
The role:
Monday to Friday
Full Time Permanent position
Location: Bradford, Shipley
Shifts: 6:00am- 2:00pm/ 2:00pm- 9:00pm
Salary on offer: £30,000 DOE!
Free parking on site
20 days + Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate B1 foiling machines to deliver premium packaging products.
- Work with a range of materials from lightweight paper to heavyweight substrates.
- Use flat dies, fluted dies, multi-level dies, and embossing techniques.
- Ensure machinery runs efficiently and meets production targets.
- Maintain quality standards and follow production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
What We're Looking For:
Must have a minimum 4 years' operating B1 foiling machinery.
Must have a minimum 4 years' experience with Bobst equipment.
Good English communication skills.
Familiarity with MIS systems.
Availability: Immediate start preferred.
