We are looking for a catering assistant to support the delivery of catering services to patients, visitors and staff at the Royal Free Hospital location in Hampstead,NW3 2QG. The successful candidate for this entry level position will learn the basics of hospital catering and be expected demonstrate enthusiasm and flexibility in delivering a world class service. Barista experience a big plus.

The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.

To help prepare, pack and deliver meals and catering supplies as required to wardsandotherserviceareas.ToassistwithgeneraldutiesinPatientServices Department packing areas, cold rooms, dish-washing area, Staff Restaurant, Hospitality and associated areas. Also,ensure that all food is served is to a high standard and always bearing in expirydates,allergens, portioncontrol,content,temperature,appearanceand complying with all relevant food safety standards.
