We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Digitisation Officer at the University of Sheffield Library. You will work with our unique and distinctive Special Collections, Heritage and Archives as part of a legacy funded project to create a Digital Scholarship Suite and Services within the Library. You’ll manage archive digitisation projects, create metadata, help develop new services and be part of a team that are committed to expanding access to our fantastic collections for research and education. If you have experience of digitisation, a passion for sharing our remarkable collections and are excited by the potential of digital scholarship to provide new experiences and insights, then we’d love to hear from you.
We are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
