Based at our Paisley workshop, with regular travel for installations and events across the UK.
Join our busy creative production team at Print Collective Ltd, a specialist print, signage, and events company based in Paisley. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Print Production Assistant / Graphics Installer to support our growing workload across print, signage, and exhibition projects.
Main duties include:
Preparing artwork files for print (pre-press setup and checks)
Operating large-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment
Mounting, trimming, and finishing printed materials
Installing printed graphics and signage on-site (nationwide)
Assisting with stand builds, interior graphics, and event setups
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-organised workshop
What we’re looking for:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Basic computer skills (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop experience ideal, but training provided)
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Comfortable with manual tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible approach — some evenings, overtime, and working-away days are required (accommodation, travel, and daily allowances are covered)
Reliable, practical, and keen to learn new skills
