Bromley, Lambeth, Merton and Wandsworth
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise/support with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supervise/support with mobility and physical exercises.
Supervise/support with meal preparation and/or with feeding, as needed.
Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
Documenting service provided and reporting any changes.
What you need:
A caring and compassionate nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
