Are you looking for work?
Phoenix Care Staff are currently hiring experienced Health Care Assistants to join our expanding team within the area. The successful applicants must have previous paid experience within Nursing/ Residential homes.
Good communication skills are essential.
Day and night shifts are available with full, part time and bank hours. Hours are chosen by you.
Duties include:
- Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents during mealtimes – serving food and assisting with eating
- Changing bed linen and ensuring rooms remain clean and comfortable
- Repositioning residents to help prevent pressure sores
- Building positive relationships and offering companionship
- Using moving and handling equipment (e.g., hoists) safely and correctly
- Light housekeeping tasks to support hygiene and wellbeing
