We're looking for a Supervisor (Plumber M&E Multi-skilled) to join our Manston team based in Kent.
Location: Manston, Kent
Hours: 40 hours per week - 08:00-17:00
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the Manston team, supporting them in delivering a customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient maintenance service.
Your day to day will include:
-Planning and prioritising PPM scheduling workload for engineers and supply chain
-Ensuring services are delivered in line with contract KPIs/SLAs
-Managing daily operations of the team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance
-Attending client meetings and communicating updates
-Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and submitted
What are we looking for?This role of Supervisor is great for you if:
-You have previous experience in a similar role within technical services/property maintenance/M&E
-You hold a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific)
-You have relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standard
-You are a good communicator with strong computer literacy
-You have knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
