Our setting is bursting with imagination—from mud kitchens and music corners to cosy reading nooks and creative play zones. We care for children aged 0-12, and we're proud to be a place where both little ones and grown-ups love to be.
As our Deputy Manager, you'll be the right hand to our lovely Nursery Manager, helping lead the team, sprinkle a little magic into everyday routines, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the daily running of the nursery and stepping in as Manager when needed
Leading by example with warmth, energy, and a can-do attitude
Inspiring your team and supporting their development
Building strong, trusting relationships with parents, children, and staff
Helping plan and deliver exciting, child-led activities
Making sure our setting is always safe, happy, and Ofsted-ready
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare (essential)
At least 2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
A big heart, a curious mind, and strong leadership skills
A great communicator who’s passionate about play, learning, and little ones
