Support Workers – Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
Location: Crewe | Salary: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour
We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team, working with vulnerable individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours. Make a real difference by providing compassionate, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist service users with daily living, personal care, and meal preparation
• Support individuals in managing mental health needs and challenging behaviours
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment at all times
Requirements:
• Experience working with mental health and challenging behaviour
• Caring, reliable, and patient
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
