We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Relationships Manager to be the right hand to our Operations Director, driving growth, building strong partnerships, and shaping our Wigan-based business.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and nurture relationships with commissioners, case managers, brokers, and local authorities.
• Spot and secure new business opportunities.
• Support the OD with strategic meetings, pitches, and day-to-day tasks.
• Help grow our Wigan services and reputation.
Who You Are:
• Experienced in business development or relationship management within health & social care.
• Well-connected with commissioners, brokers, and local authorities.
• Organised, resilient, and hands-on.
• Strategic thinker who loves solving problems.
• Tender-writing savvy.
• Happy to travel across the North West (full UK driving licence required).
