Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive – Full time permanent appointment, Agenda for Change band 7, with Inner London HCAS
The North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) formally came into being on 1 November 2024. This followed several years where the former Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust and former Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust had been working together as the North London Mental Health Partnership. We have an exciting future ahead, with the proposed acquisition of the nearby Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust into the NLFT in 2026.
We are now looking to appoint a full time Executive Assistant to support Jinjer Kandola MBE, the Trust’s Chief Executive, based in the Trust Headquarters at St Pancras Hospital in Camden, near to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The role is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, responsive, efficient and effective support to the Chief Executive. This will include diary coordination, corporate support, preparing and coordinating briefings, taking minutes, drafting correspondence and reports, business planning, administration support for major projects and leading on minor projects.
Interviews are scheduled for the morning of Thursday 6 November at St Pancras Hospital.
For further information about the role after reading the Job Description and Person Specification, please contact Andrew Wright, Chief of Staff, at: andrew.wright14@nhs.net
