About the Role
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be at the heart of our day-to-day sales operation, working closely with your team members to cement existing relationships and explore new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to enquiries, developing product knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
- Manage incoming enquiries and proactively make outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers and always provide excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of activity on our CRM system HubSpot
- Work towards and exceed Sales targets and KPIs
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
Requirements & Experience
- Previous experience in an internal sales, telesales or account management role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude and hunger for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work within a team and contribute to a positive sales environment
- Competent in IT and the ability the learn about products (Training Provided)
