BRB TEMPS – Recruitment Resourcer
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the city centre office. You will be the face and voice of BRB for our candidates, ensuring they have a smooth and memorable experience coming onboard. Your enthusiasm for building relationships and your ability to manage the recruitment process will contribute significantly to our organization's success. Join us in shaping the future of our workforce!
Pay £24,000
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm - 35hrs a week!
20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
Office located in Queen Avenue, Liverpool City Centre.
Duties
• Using Indeed and other platforms to source candidates.
• Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone or in person.
• Doing the necessary pre-employment checks to get a candidate out to work.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in a call centre or in an administrative/receptionist role would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Organised.
