Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, No Weekends!
Basic Salary of £40,000 + Bonus!

An established and reputable independent garage in the Tunbridge Wells area is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join its close-knit, professional team.
This is a business that values quality workmanship, a straightforward approach, and takes genuine pride in looking after both staff and customers.
With a well-equipped workshop, varied work across different makes and models, and a friendly, supportive environment, this is an ideal opportunity for a dependable “nuts and bolts” technician looking for a long-term home.
Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair
Undertake mechanical work including brakes, suspension, cam/timing, and general repair tasks
Diagnose faults and perform accurate, efficient repairs
Maintain high workshop standards and ensure all work is completed safely and correctly
Keep accurate service and repair documentation
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified vehicle technician
Broad mechanical knowledge and practical diagnostic ability
Capable of working independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, methodical, and committed to quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic
Bonus: £3,000 per year, paid quarterly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week)
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
Benefits: No weekend work, well-maintained workshop, supportive and professional team
