Full Job Description
We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our dedicated Domiciliary/Home care team at Caring Hands Nottingham Ltd. You will provide quality, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes across Loughborough, Coalville, Leicester, and the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help with medication administration.
Assist in the development and follow individualised care plans.
Meal preparation and daily household tasks, including cleaning.
Support clients with activities, community access, appointments, and days out.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led.
To achieve this, we provide comprehensive support:
Fully Paid Shadowing to build your confidence.
Support to complete your Care Certificate.
Support to complete NVQs for career progression.
Refer a Friend scheme.
Requirements:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
A genuine passion for helping others and a caring attitude.
