Link3 is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated EYFS Coordinator (Under 2s) to join our dedicated team at our setting in East London (E9). This is an excellent opportunity for an early years professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework to take responsibility for coordinating provision for children under the age of two.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum for children under 2 years of age.

  
  

• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to early years practitioners to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

  
  

• Ensure all statutory requirements and safeguarding policies are met in line with Ofsted and EYFS guidelines.

  
  

• Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and carers.

  
  

• Work collaboratively with senior management to promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  
  Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

    
    

  • Demonstrable experience working with children under 2 years old.

    
    

  • Proven leadership or coordination experience within an early years or nursery setting.

    
    

  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.

    
    

  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
