Avante Care & Support is proud to introduce Wain House, our brand-new, purpose-built care home in Westgate-on-Sea. Opening in January 2026, Wain House is designed to deliver outstanding residential and dementia care in a modern, welcoming environment.
We’re now recruiting Relief Registered General Nurses (Days or Nights) to join our founding social care team. If you’re an experienced nurse ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
As a Relief Registered General Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership and clinical role within the home. You'll:
• Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to individual resident needs
• Lead and support Health Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure clinical excellence and uphold regulatory and safety standards
• Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
✔ A valid NMC registration (essential)
✔ Experience working in a care home or similar nursing setting
✔ A kind, professional, and proactive approach
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
