Position: Admissions Officer (Sales and marketing, student recruitment)

Location: London

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent position

Start Date: ASAP

Qualification: Previous experience is school admissions

Randstad Education is looking for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships and guiding students on their educational journey. The selected candidate will be a vital ambassador for our unique and high-achieving college community.

This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school/college hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role such as admissions, student recruitment, sales, or marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust quickly with students, families, and agents.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the UK independent school sector and the A-level curriculum.
  • Experience working with a network of educational agents, both domestic and international.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data management for tracking recruitment pipelines.
  • Experience in event organisation and public speaking (e.g., conducting school tours).
