Group Executive Administrator
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Group Executive Administrator to provide maternity cover for a key role supporting the Chief Executive's Group and wider Executive Board. This is a fixed-term opportunity requiring discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the Chief Executive's Group and wider Executive Board.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Principals, Board members, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with governance and data protection protocols.
- Support the coordination of strategic projects and communications across the Group.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in executive-level administration, ideally within education or public sector settings.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).
Desirable
- Experience supporting governance or board-level functions.
- Familiarity with education sector terminology and structures.
Contract Details
- This is a maternity cover position expected to last 9 months, with a planned start date of late October/early November.
- A thorough handover will be provided to ensure continuity and support.
