Key Responsibilities:

Behaviour & Emotional Support: Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence.

Collaboration: Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver effective support plans and interventions.

Experience & Qualifications:

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred.

Experience: Experience supporting children with autism or other SEND needs in a primary school setting required.
