Key responsibilities of the Full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant include:

- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion within the classroom
- Assisting with the preparation of educational materials and resources to support student learning
