Join Our Northampton Hub as an Online Operations Pharmacist
**Weekend Opportunity**
Location: Northampton Hub (NN1 2ED) The role is based on-site.
Hours: 14 hours per week - Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and
Sunday 10:30am- 4:30pm
Salary: £58,500 FTE (based on 45 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
• Checking customer online orders
• Leadership and coaching of the large dispenser team
• Ensuring the operation is safe via stringent audit requirements
• Ensuring adequate stock and packaging control

Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to deliver exceptional service
Managing stock, operations, and GPhC standards
Inspiring your team to exceed targets and deliver “That Superdrug feeling!”
Bringing commercial awareness and leadership to your pharmacy

GPhC-qualified pharmacists – newly qualified welcome!
Preferably with community pharmacy experience
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Commercially aware with an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
