We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Organiser to join our lunch time team and to be responsible for the safety, welfare and good conduct of our pupils during the lunch period.
The principle duties are:
- To assist in the lunchtime supervision of pupils, ensuring they eat their meals on time in a safe and hygienic environment
- To encourage children to eat healthily and assist those who may need help, such as cutting up food
- To play alongside children during their lunch hour, ensuring positive interactions through consistent expectations
- To report any behaviour observations to the class teacher in order to maintain the school’s high standards of behaviour and expectations
- To work to council and school policies in order to maintain a safe and secure environment for all pupils and staff.
