Salary: £27,238 - £45,109 per annum (pro rata salary £21,270 - £36,087). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health and Social Care department! We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher with clinical experience to deliver our T-Level Qualification in Health and Social Care. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, set high expectations, and engage students through a variety of well-planned and practical lessons that develop skills and make use of our excellent facilities. They may also be required to teach across our wider Health and Social Care provision, supporting learners on other related programmes as needed.
You will be part of a talented and committed team of staff working across all sectors of Health and Social Care, dedicated to raising achievement, unlocking learner potential, and promoting outstanding teaching and learning. You will also play a key role in shaping an ambitious and inspirational curriculum that prepares students for their next stepswhether progressing to higher education, employment, or further training.
We invite applications from qualified nurses or Allied Health Professionals with recent clinical experience who are eager to teach, guide, and inspire students in this new and exciting qualification.Industry professionals currently working towards or willing to pursue a PGCE are also encouraged to apply. Applications from ECTs are very welcome, and comprehensive support is provided for all new teachers.
