What You’ll Bring
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead Nurse, or above within a nursing home environment – essential
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of clinical best practice, compliance, and person-centred care
- A compassionate, professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the home
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and care professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and medication management
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks
- Carry out staff supervision, training, and appraisals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
