What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead Nurse, or above within a nursing home environment – essential
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of clinical best practice, compliance, and person-centred care
  • A compassionate, professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the home
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and care professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and medication management
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks
  • Carry out staff supervision, training, and appraisals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
