What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Experience within a care home or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of dietary needs, allergens, and nutritional balance.
- A passion for fine dining presentation and quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead by example, and maintain calm under pressure.
- Food Hygiene and Safety certifications (Level 2 or above).
