Member Services Projects Implementation Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Implementation Manager to join our Member Services Team. Youll be supporting our Member Practices to implement projects and initiatives, helping to identify areas of weakness or challenge within general practice, designing practical solutions, and delivering improvements both locally and at scale across practices and PCNs. Areas of focus will include practice resilience, quality, regulatory readiness, workforce development, financial sustainability, and patient care pathways. The role will also support the rollout of digital, automation, and service transformation projects where these contribute to efficiency, safety, and enhanced patient experience. Is it for me?
