Job Title: Commercial Paint Sprayer
Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate
Hours: 50 hours per week
Location: MORECAMBE - LA3
Duration: PERMANENT
PAY : Standard hours 8-5 Mon - Fri
£13.50 - £16 (experience dependant)
OT available @ time and a half
JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer required for a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment. Your primary role will be to prepare and paint metal components or products to a high-quality finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain commercial paint spray equipment and booths.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and sanding.
Mask and protect areas not requiring paint.
Mix paints and primers to the correct specifications.
Apply consistent, high-quality paint coatings to products.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
Meet production targets and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or industrial paint spraying role.
Proven experience with spray guns and paint booth operations.
Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.
A strong, safety-conscious work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Own basic PPE (respirator, etc.) - tools/equipment to be discussed.
