We have a busy weekday community programme supporting our mission to the community. We are recruiting an Administrator to support the efficient running of our church life and community programme, which links into the nearby Charity/Coffee Shop.Key Responsibilities:The Administrator will be responsible for providing an administrative service including reception enquiries from the public, maintaining financial records, including raising invoices and inputting weekly financial information into an electronic accounting system. The successful candidate will coordinate hall bookings and maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipate needs. To ensure all health & safety standards are met and good records are kept in good order, you will manage the Safeguarding requirements, Risk Assessments and record keeping for the Corps.The Successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate:Working knowledge of IT Systems (including Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to work with figures and moneyAbility to multi-task and manage own time effectivelyAble to handle confidential information appropriatelyAbility to communicate and empathise with a wide spectrum of the community, whilst having a genuine passion for the marginalised in societyGood interpersonal skills and the experience of working within an office environment carrying out tasks such as filing, typing, minute taking, organising workload, as well as a good knowledge of MS Office programmes, such as Word, Excel & TEAMSMinimum Grade C in G.C.S.E.
