Hours: 40 hours per week - 08:00 - 17:00

What will you be responsible for?As a Projects Team Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering efficient and compliant project administration and documentation.
Your day to day will include:
-Managing project document control and ensuring compliance with Kier Group Standards
-Liaising with Project Managers and Sub-Contractors to chase missing or incorrect documentation
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project trackers
-Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental teams with compliance documentation
-Providing general support across the Project Support Team as needed
What are we looking for?This role of Projects Team Administrator is great for you if:
-You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
-You are IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office/365/SharePoint and document management systems like 4Projects or Viewpoint
-You have experience in administration within a project or facilities environment and can work independently and as part of a team
-You are flexible with travel and able to achieve SC Clearance
