What you'll do:
- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food in line with company and client standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, dining areas, and service counters, following cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations (HACCP & COSHH)
- Carry out cashier duties accurately and responsibly
- Support with stock rotation, deliveries, and correct storage of goods (First In, First Out)
- Monitor and record equipment and food temperatures as per company policies
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures, including emergency and security protocols
- Participate in team meetings and training to enhance service quality and personal development
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment (preferred)
- A passion for excellent customer service and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to follow standards, procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy service periods
- High personal hygiene and professional appearance; company uniform compliance required
