Crynodeb
To work as a member of the dietetic team providing a comprehensive, effective and evidence based dietetic service for patients at University Hospitals Dorset, including but not limited to stroke, neuro rehab and gastroenterology patients. To independently formulate safe, appropriate and accurate treatment plans for oral, enteral & parenteral nutrition as part of care plans with the multi-disciplinary team. To provide support to both the stroke and gastroenterology wards at UHD giving specialist advice to patients with a variety of clinical conditions.
