Due to increased demand, we are looking for a Nursery practitioner to join our growing team.
The hours of work are between 8-45am - 3.30pm, term time in our 18 month -5 year nursery
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments
Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS
Providing responsive care that supports each child's emotional and physical needs
Building strong partnerships with families
Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
Supporting children with additional needs and working with external professionals when required
Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership
