Part Time - 18.5 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and alternative Wednesdays)
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Council to play a crucial role within the Housing service to provide technical solutions and support on complex repairs and maintenance issues related to damp condensation, and mould (DC&M) across our customers homes.
You will be ensuring that progress of DC&M and disrepair cases are appropriately managed, including accurately diagnosing, specifying orders, and monitoring remedial works throughout to completion whilst considering all repairs needed.
You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a reactive maintenance environment, with experience and knowledge of housing and property regulations and legislation to enable you to act with integrity and accountability.
The role will require an aptitude for innovation to support our continuous service improvement plans, and you will need excellent customer focused care skills, to ensure they are at the heart of what you do.
