Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

You'll demonstrate a good understanding of homelessness, trauma, substance use, and mental health issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and build partnerships with clients and other agencies will be essential in delivering comprehensive support services. Moreover, you'll be able to manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Flexibility to work on a shift pattern, including weekends and unsociable hours, is a must.
