WEA are looking for talented individuals to help us deliver our mission – to bring education within reach. If that sounds like you, then please read on.



As a Enrolment and Outcome Agent, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of learner applications through online, telephone and face to face methods onto WEA programmes of learning. Being responsible for the administration of new learner enrolments, applicant processing and learner communication and query resolutions.




Reporting to the Learner Enrolment and Outcomes Team Leader , the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a rigorous approach to quality. This will be crucial in ensuring that the WEA meets its contractual requirements, ranging from the submission of valid and eligible claims, whilst playing a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admission processes and procedures.



This role will involve travelling in and around GMCA.
