What you'll do:
- Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, organized, and running smoothly.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure top performance and longevity.
- Handle and check deliveries, ensuring stock quality and proper storage using Kelsius systems.
- Support food service by replenishing counters and maintaining clean tables and condiments.
- Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
- Comply with food safety, health, and fire regulations at all times.
- Assist with special functions and provide cover when needed across departments.
- Report any incidents, maintenance issues, or irregularities promptly to management
