We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team in Newcastle Emlyn ASAP. This role offers the opportunity for long-term employment and career growth within a leading food manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
Performing quality checks on products to identify defects or issues.
Assisting with the packaging and labelling of finished products.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
