Love My Bike Shop is looking for a skilled and qualified mechanic to join our growing retail unit and workshop in Camberley. As part of our customer-focused team, you will play a vital role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining bikes, e-bikes, and scooters. Your mechanical expertise, attention to detail, and passion for cycling will ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and hassle-free experience.

We specialize in expert servicing, repairs, and retail sales, offering a convenient and welcoming environment for cyclists of all levels. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is what sets us apart, ensuring every rider leaves with a perfectly tuned bike and a great experience.
About the Role;
As a mechanic, you will be at the core of the workshop operations - assembling, diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing a wide range of bikes, e-bikes, and scooters. You will also help with retail sales, offering expert advice on parts, accessories, and upgrades. Your role will include:
- Performing repairs and maintenance while adhering to high standards.
- Providing top-tier customer service, explaining technical information clearly and professionally.
- Assisting customers with sales inquiries and recommending appropriate parts and upgrades.
- Keeping the workshop organized and efficient, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly maintained.
- Accurately recording repairs, services, and sales in our POS and workshop management system (Bike-Book).
- Contributing to the growth and innovation of the shop with new ideas and improvements.
About You;
- A strong passion for bikes and mechanical expertise in servicing and repairs.
- Cytech Technical Two qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical details clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and workshop environment.
- Experience using POS systems and workshop software.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including weekends and off-site event support.
- Full UK driver’s license is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift e-bikes and heavy components when needed.
- Availability to work Monday – Saturday, with one weekday off
