Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Planner/Scheduler to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support
within our Height Safety department, part of the wider Compliance Team within Omega Red Group. This is a dynamic and fast-paced
role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth deployment of engineers and scheduling of safety-critical operations.

There are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. It is more important to assess relevant competencies and personality
attributes. This role may suit experience in a deployment and scheduling role (not sector/market specific).



About the role:

Key Planner/Scheduler responsibilities will include:

* Efficiently scheduling Test / Inspections/ Repairs etc with the client and engineers across the UK via email and telephone,
ensuring the relevant IT systems are updated and correct
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely execution of planned activities, whilst maintaining
accurate scheduling records
* Ensuring plant and materials are sourced (where required) and ordered correctly to facilitate our test, repair and installation
of height safety equipment
* Assisting engineers with site-based queries alongside communicating with other internal and external stakeholders to
accommodate changes or unforeseen issues



What we’re looking for:

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy within all areas of your role
* Proficient in using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Confident self-starter
* An ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
