Location: West Midlands & Staffordshire (travel required across sites)
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within supported living services — essential.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, supported living frameworks, and complex care environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Demonstrable success in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and driving quality outcomes.
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach with a genuine commitment to empowering others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of supported living services across the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and empathy across all teams.
