About the Role:

As a P2P Administrator at Cairn Group, you’ll be part of a dynamic central finance team dedicated to supporting our hotels, leisure sites, and corporate departments across the UK.

This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll process high volumes of purchase invoices, help manage supplier accounts, and ensure the smooth running of our purchasing and payments cycle.

You’ll support our sites by placing orders, reconciling supplier statements, handling payment runs, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate invoice records.

You’ll communicate daily with colleagues across the business, ensuring everything flows smoothly from purchase to payment and that all financial processes meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Tech-Savvy & Willing to Learn – You’re comfortable using Excel and open to learning finance software such as Sage 200 (training provided). Experience in admin or finance is helpful but not essential.
