Crynodeb
Assist in updating and preparing charitable fund statements on an accruals basis, support with preparing working papers, support with preparing any adjustments Support with sending statements to charitable fund holders, supported by relevant expenditure analysis as required. Support the Financial Accounting Team to provide financial support and advice to service managers, including the Welfare team, and Charitable Fund budget holders. Respond to and resolve queries from charitable fund budget holders, seeking assistance and support from others when necessary. To assist the department with the completion of month end tasks, including assigned reconciliations and other ad hoc tasks. Produce and input journals onto financial systems to ensure expenditure in the Ledger is recorded accurately and supported by full working papers. To assist with the agreement of balances process To assist with the preparation of the year end statutory accounts and working papers. Liaise with other teams within the finance department to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
