As a Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high standards of clinical care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our care team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate person-centred care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments in line with policies and procedures.
Monitor and record patients’ conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
Support, supervise, and mentor care staff to deliver quality care.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and professional codes of conduct.
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) with valid NMC PIN.
Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.
