1. Basic DBS Certificate (or evidence of application in progress)t
2. Right to Work in the UK – valid passport or share code
3. Food Safety Certificate
4. CV / Resume
5. Previous 3 Years Employment History, supported by one or more of the following:
Employment contracts, Reference letters, Salary evidence / Payslips, HMRC tax payment records
