Location: Solihull
Service Type: 3-Bed Children's Residential Home (EBD - Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Shift Pattern: 07:30 - 22:30 plus sleep ins including weekends

Role: Team Leader / RSW



As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key role in providing day-to-day care, support, and guidance to the young people in the home. Duties include:

Supporting daily routines such as school runs , mealtimes, and bedtime routines

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well being

Providing personal care when required

Supporting educational and recreational activities both indoors and outdoors

Facilitating family contact and maintaining safeguarding standards

Contributing to household duties, including cooking and cleaning

Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

Acting as a Key Worker (depending on experience and role)

Driver preferred (must have business insurance if using own car; company car available when required)

Experience working with children or young people - either personally or professionally - is highly valued.

Training: Fully funded Level 4 qualification after 3 months of employment
