Job Overview
-Completion of calibration PPM across site
-Completion of corrective calibration tasks where necessary.
-Have the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a complex working environment.
-Deliver service with pride
Liaise with internal customers, the client and engineers at all levels.
Main Duties
-Actively implement the PPM maintenance for calibration across site and support in corrective work tasks as required
-Liaise with internal customers, clients and engineers at all levels
-Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the site engineering services
-Troubleshoot areas of concern and offer effective solutions
-Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends
-Complete works in line with the GSK planning team
-Co-ordinate works with the areas if required
-Attend client daily meetings to plan and review workload
-Ensure all PPM and corrective tasks are logged on the client MERPS / CMX system
What we are looking for
-Recognised calibration qualifications
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Strong customer service experience
-Ability to be proactive and identify opportunities
-Computer literate
-Compliance with the client Global engineering standards and safe operating procedures
-Ability to communicate at all levels
-Deliver a high standard of works
