GR Employment Ltd is currently looking for an Operations Agent on behalf of one of our customers at their Liverpool depot. Your responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers. As an Operations Agent, you are responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day Customer activities within the Service Centre are completed to the required standards.
Shift Available:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 21:00
Hourly Rate: £13.01 per hour
Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 pm
Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour
Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour
Job responsibilities:
Warehouse setup for outbound (OB) and inbound (IB) operations
OB shipment processing and export truck departure activities
Movement of courier vehicles into position (full UK driving licence required)
Training and certification in Forklift operations (training will be provided if the role becomes permanent)
Dangerous Goods (DG) acceptance checking (training and Cat 6 DG exam required if role becomes permanent)
Job qualifications:
Full UK driving licence
Willingness and capability to undertake Forklift and Dangerous Goods acceptance training
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy
High learning capability
