Data Administrator

Location: Remote
Salary: £26,208 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours (Tuesday to Friday)
Contract Type: Fixed term until April 2026

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for data accuracy and supporting impactful learning programmes? Join HIT Training as a Data Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Adult Skills Fund (ASF) initiatives and support the wider team with additional projects.

What You’ll Be Doing


Managing and prioritising daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
Maintaining accurate learner and employer records in line with funding and company guidelines.
Ensuring full GDPR compliance across all data handling processes.
Responding promptly and professionally to internal and external communications.
Keeping systems and portals up to date through regular training and development.
Providing wider administrative and data support across the business when needed.


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data. You’ll have:


Experience in the Work-Based Learning sector and familiarity with the Digital Apprenticeship Service.
Proficiency in systems such as CRM, MIS, DAS, and AO.
A strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
Solid office skills, including Excel and database management.
Knowledge of Apprenticeship Funding rules (desirable but not essential).
