Summary

• Qualified teacher status
• Degree
• NPQ in a relevant area
• DSL
• Maths mastery
• Successful leadership and management experience in a school including experience of working in small schools
• Teaching experience in year 6 with specific success improving outcomes in KS2 SATS
• Involvement in school self-evaluation and development planning

Demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development, including planning CPD sequences for a range of staff
